Casa de Suenos is a gorgeous, newly remodeled, oceanfront rental home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths AND an additional 2 bedroom, 2 bath guest house which can be rented seperately. The unique oceanfront property has unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, the Gold Zone & Mazatlan's three islands. This vacation home is in an upscale bech neighborhood & a short walk to the famous Olas Altas Beach & Mazatlan's Old Historic District. The house sits across from the waterfront malecon where you can walk or bike along the ocean for miles. There are multiple terraces for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying the spectactular views and sunsets from the comfort of your own oceanfront terraza! The house includes a dining area w/ seating for 6, spacious living room w/ stunning views of the ocean, interior garden courtyard with fountain & BBQ & a full service kitchen/bar. All rooms have queen size beds. Guest house has 1 bedroom w/ matrimonial size bed & kitchenette and 1 bedroom has 2 matrimonial beds. Great for families or couples. Beach chairs & bikes are available at no charge for guest use. Purifed water throughout the house. Maid service is included daily. Owner is available to help plan and book all activities throughout the week. Easy beach access. Readily available transportation throughout Mazatlan. A computer is available for guest use along with wireless throughout the house. A DVD/Video library is available as well as an extensive book library for use during your stay. A large courtyard with fountain is also attached to the house for relaxing or afternoon siestas. The 2 bd./2bath guest house can be rented seperately for larger groups.

Full refund 60 days prior to arrival date. Less than 60 days, no refund will be available.
