Barra de Navidad is a 20 minute drive from the Manzanillo International Airport with good connections to Mexica City, Los Angeles and Houston.For those interested in travelling and exploring fascinating Mexico,the charming town of Colima is a 2 hour drive, Guadaljara is 5 hours into the mountains and Puerto Vallarta is a 3 hour jaunt up the coast.Beautiful Michoacan is a full days drive.For those avid golfers there are several world class golf courses nearby among them the Gran Bay Hotel, across the lagoon, accessible by road or water taxi and the exclusive Tamarindo.
The village is on the Bahia de Navidad for safe swimming and many of the best beaches in Mexico are within an easy drive.Surfing and diving also available.Horses can be rented nearby and deep sea sports fishing is available.
We are well situated close to basic grocery shopping, the fishermen's coop and Barra abounds in good reasonably priced restaurants.

Our casa, in the delightful fishing village of Barra de Navidad, is a large, fully furnished and well equipped family home. The property,built on a large double lot, is fully enclosed for complete privacy and security.The house is surrounded by a private pool, large palapa and tropical garden with fountain, BBQ and outdoor eating areas.On the ground floor there is a full kitchen and bath as well as a comfortably furnished large, open living/dining area with sound system and full billard table. Upstairs you will find a den/TV area, three double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms,balconies both front and rear and fans throughout. Twice weekly Maid service and pool maintenence is included. Linen, kitchen utensils, games and books are plentiful.
We are within minutes walk to shopping, restaurants and beach.

Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $1000
High Season Price : $1400 per Week


Off season rates; May-October. $800- $1000 weekly
High season rates; Nov-April. $1200-$1500 weekly
Christmas and Easter; $1500-$1800 weekly
Sorry, no credit cards acepted. Personal cheques, wire transfers or int'nl money orders in US or Cdn currency only.
Reservation confirmed with on receiving 50% deposit. Full refund until 3 months before arrival date -15% administration fee.
Refund for cancellation after this date if the property can be rented for the exact dates -15% administration fee.No refund for late arrivals or no-shows.
