If you are looking for a great condo located on the best beach in PV, look no more. This condo is situated amidst million plus dollar homes in Conchas Chinas, an exclusive neighborhood less than 1 mile S. of town. Our condo has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed, one queen and the third bedroom houses a single bed. In addition you have 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen for your cooking pleasure. The unit is located in a charming 24 unit Mexican style complex. You can walk easily into town either on the beach route or by taking Calle Santa Barbara - millionaires row (some maps furnished). Town is a short 10 minute walk away. The condo is located in an area where you have all the conveniences of the city without the accompanying noise, beach vendors and overcrowding of the city beach. There are two terraces - one outside the master bath and the other adjoining the living area which is also used for outside dining. The condo is situated by the pool and garden area of the enclosed courtyard. The views from the condo are of the water and beach and are magnificent. The views from the beach are of PV and at night of all the lights - just beautiful.



The owner is generally in PV at another complex from Oct through May so any concerns or help you need is easily provided.

Damage deposit of $300 required within 60 days provided there are no telephone charges and the premises are left in their original condition. Fifty percent (50%) of the occupancy rate is due when you reserve and the remainder is due 60 days prior to check in. If you cancel within 60 days of your reservation, you will lose your deposit and the first 50%. Cancellation at any time means your security/damage deposit will be forfeited. If you are a first time guest, payment is only accepted by cashiers' check. Following years, a personal check can be used. Once we receive your final payment, we will mail the keys to you.
