Cancellation & Return Policy

In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable but it is not lost either as we are always willing to reschedule at a later date convenient for both parties'
Fees & Taxes

Rental price is for up to 4 adults and 2 children under 12. There is a extra guest fee of $25 a day for parties above this amount. Part of rental fee covers daily cleaning by housekeeper. The housekeeper is available to cook meals upon your request negotiate appropriate price and pay her directly for this service.
