There is a charcoal BQQ on the balcony.
TV 's in both bedroom and frontroom.
In the Marina there is a Captain's Quarters with access to Internet. Captain's card will be needed. THIS IS IN LIMITED SUPPLY – FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Slide the card pass the orange light until it turns green then the door will unlock. If you have Wirless internat you will not need the Captian's card
Downstairs resort provides several Restaurants to choose from, Sports Bar, Budget rental, convenience store, laundry ($6.50 us dollars service provided) laundry mat and Miniature Golf course for the kids. There is an American urgent medical care unit.
The resort just completed the Beach Club pools, café, bar and gym.

The condo is located on the Marina UPSTAIRS CONDO. In the back of the marina there are address signs and the address #401 is listed on the bottom floor in the parking lot.Look for access to the condo in the parking lot behind the marina.
