Casa Cristal is a very spacious and comfortably furnished 3 bedroom home located directly on The Malecon (waterfront), in the most desirable area of San Felipe -- conveniently located with immediate access to a beautiful beach, great restaurants, banking, shopping and entertainment. There are several "convenience" stores within a few steps of the house. Ideal for vacationing families or couples, Casa Cristal offers the following features:
•Unobstructed views of the vast Sea of Cortez from gated patios and interior living / dining room areas
•Climate control with individual room air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout
•Private sleeping accommodations for 6 – 8 persons; maximum occupancy of 10 persons, including children
•Fully and comfortably furnished; all linens / towels are provided (except beach towels)
•Fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans/utensils, dishes/glassware, etc)
•Color television, satellite programming (including sports), DVD player available in the living room.

2 night minimum on weekends; 3 night minimum during holidays and major events (e.g. Baja Races, Carnival, Semana Santa, Shrimp Festival, Spring Breaks, etc.) – Christmas / New Year’s reservations require 5 night minimum stay and must include the actual holiday. 5% non-holiday discount for military, police, firefighters, teachers, AAA and AARP.

High Season Price : $1350 per Week

Rates are based on occupancy ($130 - $210 p/nite). Holiday/special event rate is $250 p/night for up to 8 persons. $25 departure cleaning fee. 5% discount for Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters and Teachers (active, reserve and retired), AAA and AARP. Discount not available during holidays / special event periods. 1 nite deposit + rental agreement required to confirm reservations. Cancellation policy: Holidays/ Festivals/ Race events: 30 day notice = 100% refund. 14 days notice = 50% refund. Less than 14 days notice = no refund. Other dates: 30 day notice = 100% refund. 14 – 29 days notice = 75% refund. 8 - 13 days notice = 50% refund. 0 - 7 days notice = no refund
