The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized appliances and modern counter-top items; preparing meals from the fresh items available locally will be a delight. Soft sheets, fluffy towels add to the comfort of the home. Central air conditioning / heating and individual ceiling fans in each room maintain perfect climate control.

A local (bilingual) property manager is available for assistance during your stay.

Casa Tranquilo is a private residence in a gated beach community. It is available on a limited basis for clients who want the comforts of home, close to the activity of San Felipe, but away from the crowds. Comfortably furnished for short or long term rental; ideal for couples or families. 2 bedrooms with queen beds have en suite bathrooms; the 3rd bedroom has a trundle day bed that will sleep 2 persons. Satellite TV in all bedrooms; DVD and stereo in living / great room. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals with ease; all convenience appliances are available. All linens, towels, pillows are provided. Laundry is available in the garage. Outdoor living is ideal in the enclosed patio areas ~ garden patio with BBQ, rooftop patio with cabana and grill, welcoming patio for entry to the house.

Early reservations are encouraged for major holidays and special events.

Low Season Price : $1250
High Season Price : $2100 per Week


Rental Rates:
$175 p/night midweek; $225 p/night weeekends - 2 night minimum rental. $250 p/night during holiday and special event periods, with a 3 night minimum rental. Christmas/New Years - 5 night minimum, must include the actual holiday. $50.00 departure cleaning. $500 refundable security deposit required. Most major credit cards, cashier’s check, money order, or personal check accepted. Completed rental agreement and 50% deposit is required to confirm rental. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Unforeseen events can cause a change in plans. Our cancellation policy: Holidays/ Festivals/ Race events: 30 day notice = 100% refund. 14 days notice = 50% refund. Less than 14 days notice = forfeit. Other dates: 30 day notice = 100% refund. 14 – 29 days notice = 75% refund. 8 - 13 days notice = 50% refund. 0 - 7 days notice = forfeit. Forfeit deposits can be applied to future reservations.
