Vacation Rental Description
Casa Kennedy is a great place to watch nature and relax. This beach front property is on a beautiful six mile walking beach. The water is shallow for the kids and great for swimming. Further back the waves abound for the boggie boarders and novice surfers.

The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. At night you can see the Milky Way. And if you get up early, you can usually see the dolphins swimming up the beach. Certain times of the year, you can catch a glimpse of them swimming back.

There is a separate guest house so you can come with another couple and play together but still have your privacy. Or maybe you'd like some romantic time so put the kids in one house and you take the other.

There is an gated courtyard with patio table, umbrella, and chairs. On the beach there are two patios. There is a deck on top of the house with glass walls as a wind break with chairs and chaise lounges. There is a firepit in the road built to keep the wind from blowing smoke in your face so you can roast marshmallows as you watch the sun go down or gaze at the stars.

And unlike most vacation homes, we supply all kinds of beach equipment and toys for all ages... check the amenities.

Surfing, swimming, boggie boarding--all water sports. Great beach for kids, no real shore break. Waves are further out. Sandy beach, great for walking, hiking and building a sand castle.

Surf-fishing right in front of the house or go out for a real fishing experience on a Panga Boat.

Horse-back riding on the beach in front of the house.

Star-gazing is wonderful

Golf course nearby. Winery trip could be a nice excursion.

Nightlife, shopping, multitude of restaurants in Ensenada--35 minutes north

La Bufadora has the famous blow-hole where cruise ships run tours to. It is 15 minutes further south and has a great outdoor bazaar. Fantastic shopping, remember to barter, and great restaurants.

This is a sleepy little community meant for relaxation.

2 houses with the same features- posterpedic/ theraputic beds. Bathrooms have tubs- a rarity in Mexico. Beach house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds/1 bath. Guest house has 1 king bed/1 bath. Each house has a futon or roll-a-way bed for children. Full kitchen.

Wood-burning stoves,(wood provided in the winter). Gas heaters. Electric blankets.
Ceiling fans & portable ones for summer.

Linens & towels provided.

Toys include sand toys, skin boards, boggie boards, surfboards, board games, ping pong table, air hockey table, volleyball & badmitton equipment. Coloring books & crayons for kids & kid games. Kites.

Beach chairs provided for children & adults. Shade unit, beach towels & beach mats.

Firepit outside the house. Enclosed courtyard w chiminea. Deck upstairs. Beach-side patio.

House Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $1500
High Season Price : $1500 per Week


7 days/6 nights has a weekly charge of $1500. Summer and holidays have a minimum weekly rental.
Nightly charge $280.

There is a $70 cleaning fee and refundable security deposit of $300.

The required deposit is 50% with a signed contract. Deposit is due at the time of booking. All reservations are subject to a cancellation charge of $100. For reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not re-rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $100 cancellation charge.

Final payment is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.

Money orders/cashier checks are accepted and can be mailed or credit cards are accepted on PayPal
