Welcome to paradise! This beautiful, modern, newer private home with private pool, air cond., internet and all the conveniences of home, is on a BEAUTIFUL, quiet soft-as-silk sand beach perfect for walking barefoot for miles, boogey-boarding and SURFING, or just catching rays. We are 3 miles south of Jaco, the closest developed town to the SJO airport. Jaco has hundreds of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, casinos, souvenir shops, surf shops and everything you might need. Our beach, Playa Hermosa, is more tranquil and 3 miles south of Jaco on a quiet beach road leading to a turtle sanctuary at the end of the beach. Pl. Hermosa has its own charming shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance of our home. The Pacific is 50 steps from our deck, the jungle (monkeys!) to the back. Our pet Croc (Charlie) lives just up the road. Life is good...
