Beautifully hand carved dining table and chairs with matching living room, nicely touched with wrought iron decorations. A screened-in large patio. Bugambilia flowers surround the backyard. Guest bedroom with private bath and dressing area downstairs. This bedroom has a King size bed. A stairway leads to a large master bedroom with a king size bed and wrought iron canopy and 2 twin beds. This bedroom is very large with plenty of closet space. A tiled tub bathroom and dressing area. A screened-in patio terrace facing the back yard becomes part of the bedroom as you slide the French style doors to enjoy a pleasant afternoon.

Low Season Price : $700
High Season Price : $900 per Week


PAYMENT POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 48 Hrs after reservation has been confirmed payable via Palpal. (Instructions will be sent to you). And the balance payable upon arrival to our local representative, who will greet you at the property.
If you rent long term, after your check in, we will sign the long term contract (extra fee) at the Notary.
Monthly payments must be in this office at least 5 days before the beginning of each additional month.
