The clear warm waters are teeming with fish and different corals, perfect for snorkeling and shore diving. 
 
Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the 14 x 14 Rooftop Deck with seating for you and all your guests on the surrounding benches. The deck affords a 360 degree view that includes the island of Roatan,the Cays to the west, the mainland of Honduras and the best sunsets on Utila. Prepare romantic meals and exotic cocktails in your fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, and then relax in the comfortable great room or on the 1300' of outdoor deck space. There is numerous outdoor furniture including round patio table with matching chairs, Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges and wooden/canvas chairs which can easily be moved from one deck to another or out to the beach.

    • Utila offers some of the best diving in the Carribean and is one of the few places in the world to spot whale sharks. Utila offers a chance to "experience the Carribean the way it used to be".     		  Low Season Price: $1,200 per Week
      High Season Price: $1,500 per Week
         

    To hold your reservation, a 50% deposit of base rate plus tax is required. The remaining 50% plus Security deposit of $500 is due within 30 days of your check-in date. You can make payment via PayPal, wire transfer to our USA bank account or by check sent to a USA address. If notice is received within forty-five (45) days of your scheduled arrival: You will receive a full refund of deposits you have paid, but you will also incur a $150 cancellation/handling fee, and you will also incur any fees that PayPal has assessed us for collecting or refunding your payments. If notice of cancellation is received less than forty-five (45) days of your scheduled arrival: You will forfeit the full advance payment. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
