Vacation Rental Description
There are one king and two queen bedroom suites, each with ocean view, balcony, and full bath. The fourth bedroom has a twin and queen beds, ocean view and balcony, and is next to the fourth bathroom. The house can be rented as a 4BR house, or two of the bedrooms can be locked out making it a 2BR house, or you can rent just a lockout bedroom or two. There is also an optional inflatabed, so the house can sleep 10 people if necessary. 
 
Two of the best restaurants in town and a boat dock are just steps away. Walk a block to the main street and you are in the center of town, with a taxi stand, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, dive shops, and gift shops right there. Maid service and a cook are available--just let us know what you need. We love Roatan, and this home, and can answer any questions you have.

Large gourmet kitchen, filtered water dispenser, bar with 4 stools, granite countertops, all the cookware you need. Cooking Utensils Provided. Refrigerator: Icemaker and water dispenser are hooked up to purified water. Dishwasher and Microwave in kitchen. A cook or daily housekeeper is available to hire at nominal cost if you like. 
 
On the front patio there is a large gas grill with side burners. There are magnificent panoramic ocean and bay views from the large front veranda. It's partly covered, so you can enjoy sun, shade, and pool, and the cooling ocean breeze. Completely furnished for outdoor lounging and dining. Plus each bedroom has a lovely covered ocean view balcony with table and chairs. 
 
The lovely white sand beach begins at our door and continues around the bay. The Caribbean is right outside your windows and balconies, with sea views on three sides of the house. There is a beautiful coral reef with lots of fish that starts in front of the house, next to the beach. Looking past the bay and village enjoy a beautiful view of Roatan's lush green hillsides.

    • Roatan is a Snorkeling and Scuba Diving Paradise with hundreds of beautiful dive sites. The reef starts directly in front of the house next to the beach, so you can snorkel right there, and you can swim or kayak to several excellent close by dive sites. There are 2 two-person sea kayaks at the house for your enjoyment. If you book our house we can also arrange for your own personal dive boat, ask for information.
