Vacation Rental Description
Toucan Blue is a four bedroom home that can be your retreat while experiencing the beautiful island of Roatan. Situated on the white sand beach, mid-island on the north shore, the second largest barrier reef is at your doorstep. 
 
Toucan Blue is decorated with the fresh, lively colors of the Caribbean. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the beachfront location from the open floor plan with many windows or from the large entertainment size deck. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, TV/DVD, stereo with indoor/outdoor speakes, and wireless internet access. The large covered deck is where you will likely spend most of your time. Listen to the gentle lapping of the water over the reef and star gaze at night. 
 
There are four bedroooms and three full baths, two with shower and one with tub/shower. There is also a half bath on the main floor living area. The gas BBQ grill brings cooking outdoors to the deck. Use the provided sea kayaks to explore the calm sea or to snorkel over the easily accessible barrier reef in front of the house. Swim in the pool if fresh water is your preference, also just steps from the main door of the house. 
 
You will be greeted at the airport by the property managers on the island and escorted to Toucan Blue. There is a cell phone available for your use during your stay. 
 
You will need a vehicle to explore the island. If interested, there is a vehicle that is rented to guests for $250/week. It is an Isuzu Trooper 4-wheel drive SUV with lots of room for luggage. 
 
Island attractions include canopy tours and water sports of all kinds. The golf course is due for completion at the end of 2009. Swim, snorkel, dive, fish, kayak, or just relax. Enjoy views of the crystal clear water in various shades of blue and the lush green hills from overlook vistas.

    		  Low Season Price: $800 per Week
      High Season Price: $1,500 per Week
         

    Rates are determined by the number of guests and bedrooms required. $800/week for one bedroom, up to 2 guests $1000/week for two bedroms, up to 4 guests $1200/week for three bedrooms, up to 6 guests $1500/week for four bedrooms, up to 8 guests You will have access to all living areas regardless of how many bedrooms are used. A deposit of 50% of the rental rate will reserve the time period and balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Personal checks can be mailed to our US address. There is a securit deposit that will be collected upon arrival by the property managers.
