5 Bedroom Villa in Antigua

Our cozy home is perfect if you want to experience the beauty of Guatemala and feel at home at the same time. Wake up to the sound of the Guatemalan countryside (roosters in the distance, chanting birds...). Open up your eyes as the sun rises and watch the face of the nearby volcano transform from a shadow to a pink/yellow morning glow inviting you to experience another wonderful day in the tropics. Walk up to our newly added roof-top terrace for a good morning stretch or a serene yoga session amidst the colonial roof tops, taking in the 360 degree breathtaking view. You suddenly learn to feel alive again!

Come cocktail time, just pluck a lime from our Gin & Tonic tree and shake away to a cocktail mix listening to a nice beat from our hi-def stereo system. Wait ... its sauna time in our backyard Mayan sauna!

Our house has 3 wonderful bedrooms (each unique and pleasant to be in), a maids room with lavatory & a small TV room (can double up as a 4th & 5th bedroom), an office, 4 full bathrooms with shower (one has a bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with dining table seating 6, a fireplace lounge, a music lounge (Moroccan style where you can lay back on a myriad of pillows), a storage room and a covered outdoor lounge. There is a front and back garden as well as a 2 car parking area. We can assure you that you will love our house and your stay here should be very relaxing. At no extra charge, we also leave at your disposal a 4 wheel drive car (Land Rover Discovery - for driving around Antigua only). Use it to quickly hop into town (3 minutes to Antigua) and stroll down the cobbled streets - maybe have a latte at one of the nice Cafes in town.

Video Library: Hundreds of DVD movies Music Library: Dozens of CD's are at your disposal. Sauna: Guatemalan "Temascale" is a steam sauna heated by firewood. The fire is maintained from outside, whilst the dome sauna gets its heat from the sealed iron fire chamber. No smoke gets into the sauna. Seats 4. Full Kitchen: Full set of cutlery cooking utensils, knives, pans, etc. Just think of the dish you want to cook at our kitchen is equiped to handle it. Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Newly built covered area in back garden with large gas BBQ Grill for the outdoor meals!
