Conveniently located 800 feet above the village of Uvita, where the mountains go right down to the Pacific ocean, this private 2000 square foot villa is nestled in a secluded jungle setting. There are ocean views across the entire west side of the villa: kitchen, dining area, living room and veranda. One of the two bedrooms is set behind the veranda and can open up on it, allowing for an ocean view from bed. With ocean breezes all day and cool mountain air at night, there is no need for air conditioning (although one bedroom has an in-wall unit). These two large bedrooms with queen sized beds are set on either side of the living room. One bedroom has an additional single size bed. All closets are dehumidified. Modern American kitchen and vaulted ceilings with palm frond ceiling fans give this villa both comfort and beauty. Enjoy the 40 foot "chlorine-free" pool.
