1 Bedroom Villa in Playa Palo Seco

This one bedroom studio condo is only steps away from the beach on Playa Palo Seco and is ideal if you want to explore the Central Pacific. It is a 40 minute drive away from Jaco, about 30 minutes to Quepos/Manuel Antonio and just over an hour to Dominical. OR, if you're looking for an affordable place to spend several weeks or months, this condo is perfect. If you are exploring you would need a car....an extended trip could utilize taxis and local bus transporation. San Jose residents: this could be your perfect beach get away!

Playa Palo Seco is an "undiscovered" beach 5 minutes from the working class town of Parrita. The beach is very private with black volcanic sand and large surfing waves. Local restaurants are about a five minute drive away or there are tourist oriented places close to or in Jaco and Quepos/Manuel Antonio. Parrita has two local groceries and there is an "American" style grocery store in Jaco.

The 23 acre property is beautfifullly landscaped and has a fantastic pool. The condo itself was fully renovated in 2007 and features two screened in porches and a very modern bathroom and kitchen. There are two twin beds with new mattresses that slide together to form a comfortable king bed. The furniture and cabinetry are teak. The eating area and casual living room are on the back screened in porch which is very typical for Costa Rica. The condo is air conditioned.

There is a 3 night minimum stay. There are lower rates for stays longer than 1 month.
