We invite you to come and stay in our custom built home for fun. For your entertainment we offer a pool table, ping pong table, bumper pool/card table, board games and paddle games. Practice your putting on our beachfront putting green and as members of The Los Suenos Marriott Golf Club, we will be happy to get you a discounted rate and free use of golf clubs.

Beach games include bachi ball, smash ball, track ball, Frisbee, gooney golf and beach volleyball. Surfboards, boogie boards and surf lessons are available. These are just some of the reasons you'll never want to leave here.

The house is all natural with stone, slate and granite throughout. Stained glass windows and fine Costa Rican art seen throughout the house. The furniture was custom built or carved in our own wood shop. There is a 52 inch TV with a DVD library. There is also a separate sitting area with many books.

There is nothing quite like opening your glass sliding doors and walking right onto the beach. this unique house is unlike any house you've ever seen.

Our large community pool has an attached kiddie pool.
