This beautiful 3 bedroom/2½ Bath home is nestled on the Mountain hillside overlooking Ojochal, with stunning views of the river mouth and the Pacific ocean.

"Estilo de Vida" ("The Style of Life") is available for short-term and long-term rental.

'Estilo de Vida' is located in a development that features very large lots, a minimum of 6 acres up to 60 acres. The development has not had many houses constructed and as a result the house makes an excellent location for viewing the abundant local wildlife.

You will quickly learn to recognize the distinct call of our resident toucans. You will see and hear Mantled Howler Monkeys(Allouata palliata) so named because of their distinctive barking call and White faced Monkeys.

A twin inflatable bed is available for extra guests, and a Pack and Play Crib with optional Bassinet is available for use by infants.

The house has Wi Fi access for internet, suitable for the use of Skype with a laptop provided by the guest. The internet access is available 24 hours per day at no extra charge.

The house has a underground 15,000 gallon water tank that guarantees a supply of water. The ojochal area is known for difficulties with the water supply.

Rates based on a maximum of 6 person/night occupancy. Additional persons $20/person/night

A 50% Deposit required at time of booking. 100% Refund if cancelled 90 days in advance. 50% Refund if cancelled 60 days in advance. 25% Refund if cancelled 30 days in advance. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days in advance.

A $300 security deposit is due at the time of check-in and is refundable at check-out assuming no damages.

You must Check-in no later than 7:00 PM on the day of arrival.
