We ask that cancellations be completed at least 21 days before arrival, 30 days for full refund of deposit. Costa Rica has a 13% hotel tax Flexible options--ask us about lower prices if you prefer a 1 or 2 bedroom option unit, or about expanding our unit into a 4-bedroom unit.
