santa teresa surf vista villas is four ocean view villas with amazing panoramic ocean views . each villa is complete with a large fully equipped kitchen , large bathroom w/hot water , a/c , wireless internet , new beds with pillowtop posturpedic mattresses , ceiling fans and large ocean view decks . mornings are peaceful and serene with daily visits from exotic birds and howler monkeys . sunsets are spectacular from the expansive ocean view deck . we're only a two minute drive to santa teresa beach , grocery markets and fabulous restaurants . santa teresa is an incredible town with beautiful white sand beaches , great waves for surfing and learning to surf , amazing restaurants , beachfront bars , local festivities and the most friendly people from all over the world .
