Villa Nasua is a small, family-owned and operated villa located in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica, a short and scenic drive from the international airport. Surrounded by gardens and gated for privacy and security, this cozy little 2 -bedroom, 2-bath condo is furnished and decorated with a Spanish ambiance.
In the heart of Jaco Beach, a short stroll away from restaurants, shops, discos and the beach, the condos at Villa Nasua offer you the warmth and hospitality you'll find only in personalized accommodations, perfect for a comfortable yet affordable vacation with family or friends. You will enjoy the privacy and comfort of having your own bedroom in this spacious condominium. Surrounded by large windows, the dining room is airy and spacious, and it is furnished in beautiful, hand-crafted wood.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, a full-sized gas stove and oven, and a wide assortment of kitchen utensils. Beautiful tile, woodwork, good ventilation and high-ceilings add to its cool, graceful Spanish ambiance—and with all the touches of home: a living room with comfortable chairs and cable TV, and a dining room, table and chairs, table/glassware and coffee maker.
Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, one furnished with a queen bed, the other with either a queen or two twins. All bedrooms have wood closets and a secure drawer. Other amenities: Full bath/shower on each level, decoratively tiled on floors and walls

50 % deposit is required to hold your reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Charges will appear in your statement as Oliver’s Travels, Inc.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Paid reservations are refundable—less a 10% cancellation fee—only if cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in date. No refund if cancellation occurs 30 days or less prior to arrival date.
