Villa Oceana is a Great Family Vacation Home surrounded with 360 VIews of the Ocean and Rain Forest. This home is as beautiful inside and outside as the magnificent nature that surrounds it. It is Located in the Del Pacifico Gated Ranch where you can ride horses in the rain forest and onto the beach. A Gold course will come soon. the shopping village at the entrance right off the main road is nearing completion. The ranch is gated and offers 24/7 security.

Villa Oceana is only 1 mile to the beach, you can see the surf from you bedroom balconies. Guests can also use the Del Pacifico Beach house. Thanks to this great hill top location on a full acre, you will enjoy breathtaking views and bird shows early morning, you will also be abe to stay naturally cool with the wonderful refreshing breezes. There are also two central Air conditioning systems just in case. Outdoors, there is a palapa for outdoor eating and a large Pool with whirlpool for cooling off -

The house is beautifully decorated in a French Mediterranean style with Moroccan overtones. Floors are Natural teak and clay tile, high ceilings add to the spacious feeling of the rooms Enjoy the breathtaking views and night sky from the Roof-Top terraces - Kick the ball with the kids in the Soccer field at the bottom of the hill.
