On a hill top over looking the Central pacific ocean awaits your luxury retreat "El Poder de la Atraccion", a 3 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, internet and phone, home lies in a secured development, Proyecto Del Pacifico in Esterillos Este,Puntarenas (Costa Rica), around one hour and half minutes from the Juan Santa Maria International.
The home is nestled in a lush tropical setting and whether your plans include adventure, romance or just relaxing, you are sure to find it here. Amenities, include daily house keeping, 2 entertainment centers, luxuriously appointed interior with full kitchen, 2 jacuzzi's, 3 whiripol tubs and much, much more. In the immediate area there is world class surfing, fishing, diving, horse back riding, the beach is two minutes away. In Jaco 20 muntes to the N. there is shoping, restaurants and night life; 35 minutes S. is a National Park Manuel Antonio (5 minutes from Quepos), where you will see monkeys, sloths and other indigenous wildlife. Also included, gardener and round the clock security and pool service. Our main goal is to privide our guests the most gratetul time in our home.

One of the most beautiful National Parks, Manuel Antonio, is 45 Kilometers to the South. Here you can view Sloths, Monkeys, Birds and a large variety of indiginous wildlife. Good shopping, restaurants and nitelife in Jaco, 20 minutes to the North. Quepos, 35 minutes South offers shopping, restaurants, fishing & diving excursions. Jaco has these ammenities as well. The beaches just three minutes away from the home are Blue Rated which means they are amongst the 35 cleanest, most pristine beaches Costa Rica has to offer. There are two Zip Lines nearby, one twenty minutes North, one twenty minutes South. Simply stated, you cannot run out of things to do & see in Costa Rica. The home is best appreciated for it's atmosphere condusive to rest and relaxation.

Beautiful plush tropical landscaping, meticulously maintained. Horseback riding is available on the Del Pacifico Resort property.
