In the gated community of Gardens of the Pacific, this property is guarded 24/7. The guardhouse/entry is right outside the front door. The friendly Spanish speaking gatekeepers are a valuable source of local knowledge.

The beach at 500 m. offers 2 restaurants at local hotels and new.
Tico mini-mart has opened steps away. You can walk for miles at low tide and enjoy some of the best surfing in the world, great inshore snook fishing or off-shore big game fishing.

The next beach town Esterillos Oeste is at 5 minutes by car, some more quaint restaurants, a terrific bar and supermarket if you don't feel like going into the bustling towns of Jaco or Parrita.

Vehicule strongly recommended but local buses every 2 hours to Jaco or Quepos from the highway at 200 m. away.

    Great house and terrific surfing beach at Bejuco. Beautiful sunsets. I saw a flock of multi-colored macaws and monkeys too.
    The house had everything I needed and was centrally located for the entire central Pacific coast exploration.
    The new highway from San Jose and the new rooad to Dominical gave me excellent access.

    I'm living in Costa Rica since 16 years and I choice Esterillos Centro because it is a peace village with few people in a santuary of nature with his deserted beach.
    A very special thing is we have between November and March the sunrise and sunset on the ocean.
    We are located from a single centralized point from many different tourist activities both North or South of the one can get easily and within the hour and come back home with tranquility and relaxing.
