Sitting just 100 feet below the Hilltop House, the sliding glass doors along the entire west side of this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house bring the panoramic views of the ocean into every room, while keeping the elements outside.
The Master bedroom features a king size bed, a private bathroom with decorative, mosaic tiles, and a patio with oversized reclining deck chairs overlooking the ocean. The Guest bedroom offers an equally breathtaking view through the sliding glass doors that open to the pool. This room is equipped with a queen size bed. A portable A/C unit can be moved from room-to-room, providing added comfort during the warmer months.

There is a liquor store, surf shops, internet cafes, bars, restaurants from 5 star to typical Costa Rican food. Amenities: The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a private patio, looking straight to the ocean, and it also has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has the same amazing view and sliding glass doors that open to the pool, this room is equipped with a queen size bed. The house is very private; no one will bother you unless you need the services of our concierge, gardener and maid for any reason. They are at your disposal. The maid will clean 3 times a week. Activities: If you are a surfer you will enjoy the fact that you can see 7 surf breaks from the pool and porch. So wake up early look out and pick your spot. There are point breaks, lefts and rights, beach breaks, reef breaks, you name it, it's all there.
