This spacious 3,500 square foot townhouse has three bedrooms each with a private bath, a chef's kitchen is perfect for a couple who like their privacy, a family or a nice group. The Colonial style villa boasts vaulted ceilings, handcrafted doors and elegant wood detailing.
The open floor plan connects the living room with an open kitchen, all flowing out to a great sitting patio with grass for laying or playing just off the patio. The second floor contains the spacious master with a large bath, complete with jetted tub for relaxing the sore muscles after the surfing day.
Also on the second floor is an entertainment room with satellite, high-speed wireless internet connection , DVD and surround sound system. We love the nature, but we also want this to be a dream home away from home with modern conveniences.

Great beaches.- Hacienda Pinilla boasts six beaches including the Blue Flag-awarded Playa Langosta, a certification of the beauty and purity of the water and superior services offered and Playa Avellanas, one of the best surfing breaks on the Pacific Coast. Some of the beaches have soft, golden sand and some are mixed with small shells for discovering. The shade of the palm trees affords a welcome refuge of the constant 80-85 degree weather almost all year round. Most of the beaches remain empty and private, even during the tourist season.

-The house sleeps 10. Any additional guests *must* pay extra fees ($100/pp). No smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed per request, in which case an additional pet security deposit will be required. Beach towels are provided as courtesy during your stay. Price includes house-keeping service only at check-in and out. Additional cleaning service available at your request.
-50% deposit when booking, 50% 30 days prior to arrival, $500 fully refundable security deposit. The cleaning fee for check-in and check-out cleaning is $60. Costa Rica turism taxes are 16.39% over the rental rate and are not included. We accept wire transfers and US checks.
-Cancellations received 30 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will not receive any refund (except for refund of the damage deposit). Cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations of Christmas, New Year's or Easter periods.
