Vacation Rental Description
Great new Villa just 9 min from everything ! It has been a very sought after property since the 1st day .

You feel like you are miles from nowhere , listen and sometimes see the howler monkeys when you wake up , birds, from the wonderful Rancho where we spend a great deal of time , the BBQ, a large table and couch and the pool. The property is fenced and gated with a security system , we have had no problems and do have people who keep a eye on the property for us . We have a TV , and Tivolii music player for ipods , and will be getting internet as soon as they get to our area, they have lots of internet cafe in Tamarindo and also wi-fi bars and other places so it is not that big of a deal for most people whom has stayed , Hacienda Pinilla Golf club is 5 min from the Villa where they are building a new JW Marriott,
a new large American style grocery store opened last year in Tamarindo which has everything you could want or need for the most part.

    • Tamarindo and the area is known for it's world class surfing and fishing , there are lots of tour s also to the rainforest and volcano you can take . Surfing lessons are big here for all ages and a great family thing to do .

    50% deposit is required i use pay pal which most people are familier with or a wire transfer bank to bank is also another way , the balance is due 2 weeks prior unless we make other arrangements . This includes everything and maid service 1 time per week , If i have a cancellation or open weeks i can give a discount it all depends on the weeks not booked , cancellation is 30 days notice , I have yet to have one , as most people know they are going and buy plane tickets , i am sure we can work that out . I do offer discounts for early bookings and off season specials .
