This beautiful condo located on the first floor opening directly to the pool. Completed in 2006 this condo is professionally furnished and appointed. The unit is finished in granite, stone and teak. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving There is a large gas BBQ in the kitchen atrium. All linens, towels, and maid service are provided. This is a first quality condo located in the best part of Tamarindo, Playa Langosta.

We are a short minute walk to the beach down a tree lined park path. Our beach opens to tide pools with mild surf. A short 5 minute walk to the south brings you to the estuary where the big waves break. Five minutes by car and you are at the beginners beach.

The Playa Langosta Beach area is the southern part of Tamarindo. There is little traffic here and it remain quiet and calm unlike downtown. The restaurants nearby reflect their European and North American Chefs.

This is a nice area with many multi-million dollar homes in the area. There are plenty of stores and shops nearby for all you needs. This is not the tourist trap area of Tamarindo. It's just really nice.

The patio opens directly to the pool and the banyan tree that our complex was built around. The pool is 100 feet long, great for laps or just an easy swim. The fourth floor sundeck has sweeping views of the ocean, hills and the town of Tamarindo.

The condo sleeps six comfortably with two master bedrooms and bathrooms. There's a queen fold-out in the living room and an inflatable bed for overflow guest.

Every outdoor sport is available. Surfing, kayaking, atving, zip line, rock climbing, white water rafting, golf, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving are all in Tamarindo and nearby.

This is a great condo and a fantastic destination!

This is eco-friendly Costa Rica. An hour and a half away is Guachipelin. An all day adventure it includes Zipling, Horseback riding, rafting and repelling. You also get a mudbath and lunch. The surf around Tamarindo is excellent. Any day you kind find waves for the beginners lessons to expert areas. The fishing is great. Game fish are numerous. ATVing is in town and usually last for three hours through the jungle. There is wildlife everywhere including the Howler and White Faced Monkeys. The condo is steps though a jungle canopy to the beach. Our beach is wide open. Large surf the left, small surf the right.

We are a short walking distance from restaurants and small bodegas(stores). The restaurants vary from cheap to moderately expensive and seafood is fresh.
