4 Bedroom Villa in Samara

Villa Montelaguna is situated in a private residence located just in front of two gorgeous beaches: Samara and Carrillo. The residence has security guards 24/7, a childrens playground, parking for many cars, and lovely green grounds to roam around in. Despite being in a residence, the villa is very private as there are no other houses in site. A very large garden surrounds the villa and makes it a wonderful place for kids to roam around. The large swimming pool is the heart of the house and great for doing laps, or just relaxing. There is also a shallow area to the pool, once again, great for small children or individuals who cannot swim. 
The villa has sliding doors in all the rooms of the house, making it light and airy. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk in closet. The sliding doors open out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. This room can sleep 3 people. There is a secondary bedroom with a queen size bed, and own bathroom, and lastly in the other wing there is a suite with two bedrooms (sleeps 5 in total) and one bathroom. This is perfect for a family with children. 
The kitchen has granite counter tops, and fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, fridge and settings for 10. 
All the bedrooms have AC and all the rooms have ceiling fans. The house has cable tv, and wifi internet. CDs and DVDs are available on demand, as well as an array of childrens items such as cot, high chair, bouncing chair and other play toys.

• Travel Info: We are located on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica in Guanacaste. If you are coming from San jose, it is about a 3.5-4 hour drive (on paved roads). If you are coming from Liberia airport we are about a 2 hour drive (on paved roads). Alternatively, from San Jose you can catch a small plane that takes you to Nosara. We are then 40 minutes from Nosara airport.
