1 Bedroom Condominium in Samara

This is a lovely little one bedroom unit made up of a kitchen/living area, a bedroom, balcony and a bathroom. Its spacious enough that if you are a couple, its really all that you need. You will find the balcony a lovely place to eat and relax, however, the bedroom is also very comfortable with big sliding doors that look out onto the balcony and then the "wet lands" in front of you. The apartment is equipped with AC, ceiling fans, cable tv, wifi internet, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender and settings for 4.  
 
There are 12 units in the building, so its very private. THe building has an elevator and a communal washer and dryer area. There is a lovely large pool (15 mts) to swim in or sunbath in the shallow end. A deck overlooks the wet lands, and makes this a great area to sunbath, eat or sip that end of day cocktail while watching the birds fly above you.  
 
If nature is what you are looking for, i am sure you will be pleased with your surroundings. We have lovely large trees for shade, and beautiful green areas kept as natural as possible, such that we have many iguanas, squirrels and monkeys living with us. 
 
The residence is guarded 24 hours a day, so peace of mind is assured.

• Travel Info: Samara is located in Guanacaste on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. If you are coming from SJ, it is about a 3.5 hour drive on a paved highway. From liberia, its about a 2 hour drive on a paved road. Alternatively, if you come from San Jose, you can catch a smaller plane to Nosara and then drive 40 minutes on a pebbled road.
