Vacation Rental Description
An elegant unit, a minute from a perfect beach, in the heart of town, yet private. Plaza Samara has 5 units and houses the Century 21 Real Estate office, my unit is #3, with a private entrance. It's roomy, with high ceiling & ceiling fans, multiple air conditioners, high thread count sheets, fully equipped kitchenette, laundry room w/ washer & dryer. Three sleeping rooms, the Master bedroom w/ queen sized bed, a guest room w/ two twins & an extra mattress as well as a mini room w/ a twin bed that leads to a balcony. There are at least three internet cafes in town, including one across the street. Cable is on. The pool is delightful as is the town. We have an on-site manager, Ana is a wonderful help. Maid service is optional. We love our condo and are very comfortable when we visit and so are our guests.
Facilities
Playa Samara is in the tropics and there is never a need for a heater. We have 5 air conditioners in the unit and extra high ceilings creating a spaciousness. There are elegant archways and soft curves to wall corners.
Activities
One can horse back ride on the beach, even ride back to the condo. The waves are very gentle at Samara Beach which makes it ideal for families. In fact, it's where the Costa Ricans (Ticos) like to go play. It has a surf school, a language school, it's own art gallery, many delightful dining opportunities. We had a great time dolphin watching and fishing from a small boat w/ a guide. Costa Rica is such an incredibly beautiful country, Samara Beach is its Crown Jewel.

- Nearest Airport : Liberia at 0 kilometers distance;
- Nearest Town : Nosara or Nicoya at 0 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: We chose Samara not only for its beauty and amenities but also road access Liberia is the best airport to fly into Costa Rica, then it is just a two hour drive by well paved road to Samara. You can rent a car, hire a driver or even take a bus.

For longer stays, reduced cost can be negotiated, no problem I accept PayPal, or you can work finances directly with our management team. A 50% deposit is required along w/ a refundable $500.00 security deposit at least three weeks prior to visit. Balance payment is due when you arrive and can be paid in cash to Ana, our manager who will deposit it and give you a receipt... or you can pay by PayPal. Should no damages occur, Ana can refund your security deposit or we will Pay Pal your refund, once we hear from Ana there was no damage. Cancellation Policy - Let us know ASAP, we'd be happy to apply your full deposit towards another date or refund you 50% of your deposit. There are two golden weeks with special rates, when the season peaks in Samara. One is from Christmas to New Years and the second is Easter week. The March 31-April 8 date will vary as Easter week is different each year

Samara Beach, my dream come true
Picture perfect & charming, with a gentle coconut tree lined beach, my condo is private, spacious, in the heart of town and a minute walk to the beach.
I've been an artist all my life and have been painting the same vision again and again. The vision even became a famous movie, called "Carla's Island" created by Nelson Max, renown for his visionary break though during the formative days of computer animation. You can Google the movie and notice how closely it resembles Samara.
When I arrived at Samara for the very first time, guided only by my instincts, I knew I had found in the real world what I had been painting and singing about my entire life. The condo was a mere blueprint on the wall of Century 21. After one night of deliberation, we bought the unit, yet to be built. It took a few years to build and furnish, now when we visit it's all about the enjoyment.
The town can be bustleing w/ activity as during the high season it's the beach the Tico's (native Costa Ricans) flock too and Samara also has very quiet and still times too. As I said, for me, my dream came true, and when we're not there, we're wanting to share.
