1177 sq ft fully furnished 2nd floor suite. Air conditioned/non-smoking unit. 24 hour security. Private entrance in gated 20 unit complex. Cable TV/Internet. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge with ice maker/water dispenser. Fully equipped with appliances, dishes, etc. 2 Bedrooms: Master-King, 2nd - Queen bed with extra linens. 2 Full bathrooms with linens. Washer/dryer. Covered deck with new furniture and new BBQ. 3 Pools/pool house. 5 Minute walk to beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Property is locally managed and cleaned twice per week.

• Reservation payment of 25% USD of rental is required to secure rental. • A $300 security deposit is required upon check in and will be refunded within 2 weeks after check-out date
• Full payment of the rental fee to be made in cash at time of check-in with US dollars only.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation prior to 60 days before check-in date, the reservation fee will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Between 30 and 60 days, 50% of the reservation fee will be forfeited. Less than 30 days, no refund will be granted, except in extenuating circumstances.
