with 2 bedrooms upstairs each with queen bed. The larger bedroom has an

additional single bed. There is a full bath and balcony.

The living room downstairs has 2 single beds ( used as daytime sofas), a full

bath and complete kitchen. There are 2 outside terraces.

Casa Linda Vista is located on a 3 acre hilltop estate type property just

set back a few hundred yards off the west end of Playa Grande in a

beautifully wooded setting. Playa Grande, National Park Las Baulas and the

Surf Break are a short few hundred yard walk away.. Playa Ventanas and

Playa Carbon, also, are a short distance from Casa Linda Vista.

There is a small market, internet, surfshops, offered in Playa Grande. Also,

several restaurants/bars near by.

Monkeys, iguanas, birds, cool breezes. It is private, quite and secure. It

is only seconds to the beach., restaurants and a small market. The house

is affordable, fully equipped, clean and comfortable.
