Come to Playa Grande and share the beach with the six hundred pound leather back turtles that have enjoyed the unique splendor of this pristine beach for thousands of years. The privacy, the adventurous beach culture, and the lush tropics of the Playa Grande Gold Coast will sweep you off your feet. Situated on the beach, our private 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and staff, are at your service. You will marvel at the monkeys and the myriad of birds passing through the backyard as you relax in the serenty of the outside patio. Fascinating opportunities integral to your adventure lifestyle abound. Fabulous surfing, in eighty six degree water, is just outside the back gate. Take a fifteen minute walk down the beach, followed by a short boat taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo for shopping and more fine dining. You will never forget the 3.5 mile semi-private beach, the romantic sunsets, and the sound of the waves heard from your bedroom as you drift off to sleep.

Private gated entrance and secured grounds, beautifully decorated private home with landscaped gardens, fully equiped kitchen, air conditioning units and ceiling fans in each room, quality linens, over 100 DVDs and a large collection of books, large shaded outdoor living area with outside seating, dining and BBQ, and three lock boxes. House cleaning is included. Spectaular original art throughout the home. Best of all...Playa Grande is just outside the back door. The grocery market is a 2 minute walk from the house. Tuesdays and Fridays the German Bakery delivers fabulous European breads and pastries right to your door or purchase fresh bread, baked daily from the German Chef just two doors away. Eight fantastic restaurants (including one rated in the Top 5 in Costa Rica) are as close as walking distance or a three minute drive from the house. An English speaking Activities Director is available to meet with you.

				Low Season Price:	$300 per Day
				High Season Price:	$380 per Day

A fifty percent deposit is required to hold the reservation. The rental balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. A $500.00 security deposit must be sent as a seperate US check or money order. The security deposit check will be cashed and then refunded after your departure. Once our property manager has verified that the property was left in the order found, your deposit will be refunded in full. All payments must be in US dollars. Smoking is not permitted! No pets please. No credit cards. No refunds available 30 days prior to your check in date. A 25% processing fee will be retained should you cancel the reservation before the 30 day cut off date. Cancellations will only be accepted via e-mail. No refunds will be issued for early departure, late arrivals or no shows. Guests arriving with more than 6 persons will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given.
