Located within the oceanfront eden of the Sanctuary Resort and Spa, our condominium is unlike any other! Pride in ownership is reflected throughout, including solid cedar arched doorways that lend access into magnificient ocean view rooms throughout the unit.  
 
The resort is set on over 80 acres of unspoiled lush landscaping, just steps to the 1 mile of the pristine, private cobalt blue sand beach (Playa Azul). The resort is approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours from the international airport in Liberia, Costa Rica (45km, but with Costa Rican roads!); 1 hour drive to Tamarindo! Just a short drive (10-15 minutes)to surfing in Marbella! White sand beaches are within walking/driving distance in nearby San Juanillo.  
 
There is a main pool and jacuzzi within the resort, as well as a large pool and patio area adjacent to the condo  
for more privacy and relaxation. Condo is fully equipped with all of the amenities.  
 
CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE RESORT, BUT NOT FOR RESERVATION OR PAYMENT OF STAY.

children’s wading pool & Jacuzzi. The condominium  
accommodation area also has a private pool.  
 
Resort Restaurants: Two great resort restaurants offer a fine  
selection of local and International cuisine, casual dining and a  
full service bar.  
 
On-Site Health Spa: Pamper yourself a massage, hot stone therapy or  
with a spa day! The spa has a large Jacuzzi, saunas, changing rooms  
and lockers.  
 
Nature Trails: Take a leisurely walk or mountain bike thru the  
beautiful tropical forests on and around the resort. You will see  
wild monkeys, many local bird species, iguanas, butterflies, and  
other unique forms of Costa Rican fauna and flora.  
 
Other Facilities: The resort has many other facilities for guests  
including an on- site mini grocery store, children’s playground, tour  
booking office, and Internet access in the reception area. Tours include  
those to the rainforest for walks along the "skybridges" and/or 
"zip-line" trips through the canopies of the rainforests, volcano excursions, and more for the

    • It's all here! Everything is included in the unit that you may need to make your visit to Costa Rica memorable and comfortable! Since the TV is a satellite system the "stereo" is music that can be played through the TV. There is a small alarm clock/radio, 2 hairdryers, an ironing board and iron also in the condo. We are happy to provide additional information regarding places to visit, what to see, car rentals, who to see for what, and any other information you may require!

    • -Surfing: Nearby in Marbella. World famous beaches, shopping,local arts/crafts and restaurants in Tamarindo.  
    -Snorkeling / Diving: Snorkeling at local beach San Juanillo. Off shore diving tours available (including dive certifications).  
    -Fishing: Ocean fishing tours include: Bill Fish, Snapper, Rooster Fish, Pacific Blue Marlin, Pacific Sailfish, Dorado, Yellow Fin Tuna.  
    -Turtle Viewing: Hundreds of sea turtles come out of the ocean and nest in the sand on a daily basis. Oct.-Dec. 
    -Volcano/Canopy Tours: The Arenal Volcano is the closest volcano to the resort;it has some unique hot springs and baths.See some fabulous mountain scenery while getting a major adrenalin rush (zip lines).  
    -Rafting: Rapids run from class 2(suitable for children) to class 5 (adults only). June-Nov. 
    -Other Tours: Horseback riding, bird watching, eco-tours, whale watching (seasonal), banana and coffee plantation tours, river tours, and more.
