We require a deposit of 50% of the total to reserve your reservation. This can be paid by Paypal or by check.
In the event that someone should need to cancel their reservation our policy dictates that if the cancellation takes place more than 30 days before the arrival date, we will refund the total deposit. Within 30 days we will not have the time to attempt to fill your reservation and the deposit will be lost.
The final payment is due upon arrival and may be paid by any major credit card or in cash.

“We love this place!”

We have been staying here since they opened. They have everything you need- clean rooms, full kitchens, pool- and they are close (walking distance) to everything you need- SURF, grocery store, restaurants, internet and phone. The owner lives on site and is always there to help . We go to Costa Rica several times a year and we would never stay anywhere else. It's like home to us.

“The Place to Stay in Guiones”

I stayed here with an extended group of my family and friends (9 guys)and was delighted. I sent a couple of friends later who are picky and they were well satisfied. Walk to surfing, DVD and internet store on site. One of the nicest quality places in town with a super location. Not cheap, but a very good value for your $. Owners are responsive with fluent english and spanish spoken.

“Can't wait to get back”

Our stay at Villa Tortuga could not have been more pleasant and wonderful. The rooms were of a generous size, very clean, and all appliances were in excellent working order. The kitchen exceeded our expectations as it had everything we could ask for, and would indeed be more than sufficient for anyone looking to stay for an extended period of time that included more cooking in the apartment. The location was absolutely perfect, and within easy walking distance to everything - especially the beach! To top it all off, the frog pad provided ANY service you could think of - from a movie rental place (all rooms come with DVD players) that would put ANY blockbuster to complete shame to full Internet access to a great selection of surfboard rentals.
The end result of all this is that we already booked another 2 weeks to go back for next year. It's the first time I have booked another vacation before I even left a place. From what I understand, this is more common than I could have thought as many rooms were already spoken for in 2011!

“Felt Like Home”

Everything i wanted was within reach.... beach, restaurant, mini-mart, and bar! about a 3 minute walk, give or take a few minutes depending on how long/short your legs are. After a day/ night out and about, it was refreshing to go back to a place that was beautiful, private, quiet and clean. I really did feel like i was going home. I couldn't wait to grab a drink and plop myself down on the couch.
