You'll love the home....but the view will blow you away! A spectacular "view" home set high up on a hill overlooking several pristine beaches, night lights, Catalina islands and the Flamingo marina. Casa Prieta is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home available to rent year round. Located in Guanacaste, the Pacific northwest part of Costa Rica, where the weather is sunny, warm and dry. Secluded, yet within minutes to deserted beaches, several restaurants, casinos, night life, sport fishing, scuba diving, canopy tours, horseback riding, golf, surfing and grocery stores.

This private home is nicely furnished with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. A beautiful infinity edge pool highlights the backyard, with ever-changing views of the beaches and islands below. The crashing surf of two beaches can be heard from below the home.

There are patios, decks with lounge chairs and green areas for lots of outside activities. Inside, you will find a master bedroom with a king size bed (new premium mattress and down pillows) and a private bath. The two spare bedrooms share a bath and one has a queen bed, the other a double bed. All bedrooms have a view of the ocean. The living and dining rooms have three walls of glass with a 180 degree view of the ocean. Furnishings include a sofa, love seat, glass dining room table, tifany lamps and leather rocking chairs. The full kitchen includes everything you need, like a microwave oven, full size refrigerator and stove, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, blender, toaster, coffee maker and grinder. Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a home base to explore all of what Costa Rica is about, this is the place for you!

There are so many things to see and do in Costa Rica. You can drive to an edge of a volcano, or through the heart of a jungle, take an aerial tram ride in a rain forest canopy and soak up the rays on a deserted beach, all in the same day. Or you can go horseback riding on the beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, sport fishing, mountain biking, play championship golf at an eco-friendly golf course, see monkeys, exotic birds, or have dinner on the beach, all within 20 minutes of your home. Of course, you can just stay home and enjoy the ever changing vista in your own backyard. If your searching for a little piece of paradise, then Casa Prieta is for you!

Private infinity pool, A/C and fans, full kitchen, outdoor shower, lookout tower, deck with lounge chairs, BBQ gas grill, satellite TV, HBO, CineMax, DVD/CD player, stereo system, phone, alarm clock, linens and maid service every other day. There is also a DVD video library of movies to watch at the home free of charge. Maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children. Children are welcome, but should be supervised at all times because of the pool and the location of the house (it's a long roll down the hill)! Activities: Sport fishing, sunset cruises, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, scuba diving, horseback riding, golf, hiking, canopy tours, mountain biking, dirt biking, discos, casino gambling, bird watching, volcano tours and several National parks to visit.
