Vacation Rental Description

This unique set of homes can be rented together or just the main house for a discounted rate (second house not rented separately nor when main house is rented). Large windows allow for ocean views from each room. Elevated from the road for extra privacy both inside the houses or on the terrace. Jacuzzi attached to the swimming pool (not heated but who needs it in the tropics!). Several tropical plants located around the terrace adds to your privacy but still allows you to enjoy the spectacular ocean views. These homes are perfect for couples traveling together, small families or that romantic get away!

Cottage Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $220
High Season Price : $245 per Day
Pay by credit card or bank transfers/deposits to US or Costa Rica banks or cash.
50% rental deposit required to confirm your reservation. Balance due upon arrival except when paying by credit card which is due 7-30 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival receives full refund less ALL bank/credit card processing fees. NO refunds on End Of Year, Christmas or Easter Week rentals. There is also a $200-$500 US refundable security deposit due upon receipt of keys, refunded upon return of keys.
We require a 3 day minimum stay.
