Enjoy our newly constructed (2004) top level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the center of town, one block to the beach with easy access to the best surfing, hottest restaurants, bars and clubs, shopping and activities of Tamarindo!
The condo is just off the busy street so you can relax and have a siesta in peace at the pool or in your room. The interior of the condo is featured with air conditioning and remote control fans in every room. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped with a table for 6 or more and utensils and cookware for preparing meals. The living room has a tv/dvd/cd combo. The complex also features its own bar, restaurant and day spa. This will serve great for families and larger groups of friends. Also, our maid service will assure cleanliness, fresh linens and towels for your comfort.
Bedrooms can accomodate you as follows:
1. Master Bedroom: has a King size bed. This is the nicest room since it has its own private bathroom and balcony. It also has a futton that can convert into an extra bed if needed.
2. Second Bedroom: has a King size bed and shares the second bathroom with the third room.
3. Third room: has a Queen size bed.
The complex has 24 hour security,pool,bbq area, beautiful tropical gardens and is within walking distance (1 minute or 2) to services such as ATM, Groceries, Phone, Internet, Casino and other Adventure and Travel Services. Tamarindo is within easy access of the local airports and Costa Rica's best surfing (tamarindo rivermouth, langosta, avellanas, grande, negra, witches rock and ollies point) and top golfing destinations.
The complex also offers airport pick-up service for a small charge (ask us about this service).
