Marble floor through out. 2.87 meters (9'5') floor to ceiling height gives you a grand magnificent feeling. For those of you like to cook, you will have a fully equipped kitchen.


Condo located on the beautiful island of Cancun. This condo is not located on the main land, or Mayan Riviera or in the busy downtown area. Cancun island is 22 miles long with 90% of the activities located at kilometer 9. Our building is located at kilometer 8.5. (Within easy walking distance of the top 6 clubs, 3 shopping areas, and over 50 restaurants, including all the 'fun ones' like Hard Rock Cafe, Sr. Frogs, Carlos and Charlie's, Rain forest Cafe, TGI Fridays, and Hooters. Talum (Mayan Ruins) about 1 1/2 hours away. Excaret (swim with the dolphins and terrific night show. Isla Mujures (Island of the Women) beautiful ferry ride. Chicken Itza (the oldest Mayan ruins) Playa Del Carmen (south 1 1/2 hours for outdoor shopping. Cozumel (snorkeling) and Cruise ship port). Cancun ( jet skies, speed boats, parasailing (on the beach).

Condominium Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $1000
High Season Price : $4200 per Week


Low Season: $1000 a week for 2
High Season:$1400 a week for 2
Holiday $4200 a week for 6

$50 for each additional person per night


50% deposit is required to secure the dates. If cancelled 60 days ahead, 20% cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled between 30 - 60 days, 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled between 1 - 30 days, no money will be refund unless the unit is re-rented out. In this case 50% + difference on the rent will be charged.

Full payments are required 30 days before the arrival date.
There will not be any added taxes, and no cleaning fee. Security deposit $500. Pay with the last payment. Will be returned to renter after checkout with no violation of the rental condition.
