Ceiling fans on both levels cool the upstairs as well as the main floor. The main floor and outside patio have ceramic tiles while the upstairs floor is done in beautifully rich tropical hardwoods. Off the bedroom is a balcony with hammock. A spiral staircase leads you to the upstairs. The patio offers an L-shaped bench with seating for four and a table.
