On Main floor is a luxurious unit with great room and kitchen plus two small-medium sized bedrooms and one bath. Third floor offers 2 very large bedrooms one of which is a suite with bar/kitchenette. It's 4th floor has a small sleeping loft with double mattress. The ground story has large studio with full kitchen, private bath, separate living area, optional second room, and terrific deck space situated just 20 ft from water's edge. In total Decked Out House offers 3400 interior square feet and 2000 exterior area.

Private dock off of which one can swim, fish or launch a house canoe or kayak. Complimentary offerings are DSL, cable TV in all units, prepaid card phone access, bicycle use and family board games

Rates listed are per unit for specific # of persons. Additional persons are $15/nt or $100/wk except for ground floor which is $7.50.

A 50% deposit confirms a reservation which is refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee /unit reserved if cancellation is received prior to 60 days before reservation date.
