The main home is 2 stories consisting of over 4,000 sq. ft. of living area and large covered patios and decks that directly over look a private secluded beach and the ocean. A great view of the nearby Maya Mountains can also be had from upstairs living area and street side covered patio located on front side of home.

Upstairs in the home you will find 2 mirrored master suites each directly overlooking the ocean with large bathrooms and huge walk-in showers. A large living area complete with full walk around bar, 50" flat screen TV and covered balcony make this an ideal setting for two couples to use and enjoy the home at the same time. Private office is also upstairs that can be used as an extra private (5th) bedroom.

The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a private bathroom. The kitchen, separate large living area, separate dinning and breakfast room are also on first floor.

Cook dinner on the large outside gas grill and enjoy a local drink while relaxing under the fans on the large covered patio, steps from the ocean.

Property is located just 1 mile from new casino and golf course currently under construction. Ideally located to provide a very private beach setting yet close to many upscale resorts and dinning, just 10 minutes from Placencia Air strip.

Property is locally managed by Singing Sands Hotel an upscale small beach side hotel located 1.5 miles from home which makes guest check in very easy.

Use of Singing Sands pool and other amenities is included with home rental.

Home is located in the heart of some of the best salt water fly fishing, diving and snorkeling in the world. Guides can pick you up on beach at home.

Great Tarpon and Snook fishing is also available in the lagoon directly across street from home.
