The Studio has its own delightful charm due to its close proximity to the dock and water. It is particular lovely when evening reflections of lights sparkle off the water, while studio guests enjoy relaxing on the large deck situated just 20 ft from water's edge. This room is spacious being approximately 425 sq. feet including its private bath and full kitchen. It offers a double and single bed.

The location of Decked Out House is terrific being situated on waterfront on both its north and south sides. It offers fabulous views over the lagoon, Mayan mountains, the Village and the sea. The many decks on both sides of the house ensure a refreshing breeze and spectacular deck-side views. The private dock is perfect for swimming or launching the house kayaks or the canoe.
