That is assuming that the swimming pool right outside the door and the 500' of private Caribbean beach a few steps farther are also on the must have list. 
 
 
On the seaside of the building is a “family” style pool designed especially with 
 
 
 
children in mind. It features a series of plateaus--(also great for adults working 
 
 
 
on a tan while staying cool)- -enabling children of any age to enjoy water at their 
 
 
 
comfort depth within arms reach of lounging parents. There is a water slide for 
 
 
 
the swimmers as well as one (separated) side of the pool designed for lap 
 
 
 
swimming. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The apartment is an 1116 square foot, fully furnished home, containing an 
 
enclosed seafront porch with hammock, table and chairs; living room with 
 
couch, loveseat, table and chairs and TV, kitchen furnished with refrigerator, range, 
 
dishwasher, disposal and microwave oven; laundry with washer and 
 
dryer; bathroom; bedroom with queen-size bed, and a second smaller 
 
bedroom furnished with bunk beds and a single bed. 
 
Ceiling fans are in all rooms and air conditioners are fitted to the 
 
living room and bedroom. The flooring is Spanish clay tile. 
 
 
 
The building is solid masonry construction which provides a cool, 
 
comfortable & bug free living environment. 
 
There is a large side porch/landing private entrance and attached  
 
93 square foot storage room outside, all walled and gated with direct access to 
 
the swimming pool. 
 
A private sea-shielded parking area is adjacent to the apartment. 
 
Short term guests are also provided with use of bicycles, all necessary kitchen 
 
pots, pans, dishes and silverware, toilet paper, soaps, towels, and bedding.  
 
The office at Bahia Laguna has a computer with DSL internet service available 
 
to guests who occasionally want check to their e-mail at no extra charge.  
 
Bahia Laguna is a non-smoking accommodation. 
Bahia Laguna is located on the beach on the Placencia Peninsula, just north 
 
of Seine Bight Village and two miles north of the Placencia Airstrip. It is situated 
 
on 10 acres of land fronting 500 feet on the Caribbean Sea and extends 
 
westward across the peninsula to include 500' frontage on the Placencia Lagoon.  
 
The lagoon, which is connected to the sea, provides excellent fishing and boating.  
 
A lagoon marina area has been partially excavated. 
 
Seine Bight Village takeouts, and a mini-store are also within walking distance. 
 
 
 
Bahia Laguna can arrange air travel reservations for flights between the 
 
Belize International Airport and the Placencia Airstrip which includes 
 
airstrip pickup/return and baggage handling at no extra charge. 
 
 
 
We will shop and provision for arrival if provided with a list.

      High Season Price: $1,000 per Week
         

    $1000/week (7 nights) for up to two adults and minor children. $160/night/3 night minimum for up to two adults and minor children. $25 per night for each additional adult. A 9% government hotel room tax will be added to rental rate. No extra service charges. DEPOSIT AMOUNT 30% at time of reservation, balance 30 days before arrival. Payment by check or money order must be allowed to clear 30 days. No reservation will be held unless fully paid. Pay securely with any major credit card through PayPal.
