Coco Caye Villa located 4.5 miles north of San Pedro town on the island of Ambergris Caye. Set within an enclave of 5 privately owned villas on the grounds of a former coconut plantation. My Villa is 2 story yet with easy access to each of the downstairs bedrooms through private entrances as well as the main entrance to the upstairs great room, Each bedroom has Full sized beds and own private full bathroom as well as a full bathroom in the upstairs great room. The villa is appointed with coral stone tile floor and belizean hardwood(mahogany) throughout . The upstairs front porch offers a wide open view from the hammock or deck chairs of the water and beach out front. The downstairs more intimate porch provides a view of the water but with a bit more privacy. A large Central Split Unit A/C upstairs and individual split unit air conditioners in each bedroom provides everyone with their own adjustable environment. Equipped with Free Internet (wifi) as well as satellite T.V. CD player and DVD the great room is the place that the kids love to hang out. Each bedroom also comes along with individual flat screen t.v.'s DVD and Satellite TV. The internet can be easily accessed wirelessly from anywhere in the villa or pool side if you prefer.
The great room consists of 3 areas, The kitchen, The dining area and sitting area, The sitting area has 3 couches one being a queen sized pullout for the larger groups as well each of the other 2 couches come with full linens for additional sleeping.
A hotel style closet safe is provided for your valuables, your combination secures everything you wish.
The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever utensils you may need to cook that special meal or contact one of our cooks and they'll take care of the cooking in the villa for you.
The dining area table seats 6, the windows all around the upstairs great room provide a view of the water and if you open them up the house fills with the calm caribbean breeze almost always present.
The property shares a 20' x 40' fresh water pool, nice to rinse off after a day at the reef.
Our security personnel are on property all night and are their to provide you assistance if you need.
Our full time caretaker keeps the grounds and pool in excellent condition and is available in the event that you require assistance. Housekeeper is included with the rental every other day.
The villa rental comes with our double kayak for those that wish to paddle to the reef only a few hundred yards out for a bit of snorkeling exploring some of the finest coral canyons in the country. The water is a very comfortable 84-88 degrees most of the year.
Just out behind Caye Villas is a newly opened market that can provide you with provisioning for your stay so that you won't ever need to go grocery shopping as well as bicycle rentals, and kite surfing lessons.
The villa includes a crib for a little tyke as well baby sitting arrangements can be provided.
Rojo Lounge and Mambo restaurants are a short walk north along the beach and offer some of the finest and most relaxed dining atmosphere available on the island.
The water taxi runs by every hour for those that would like to run into town for shopping, spa visits or just strolling.
Spa treatments are also available a short walk north along the beach.
A wide variety of dive shops, private dive masters and tour operations are available on Ambergris Caye, a reservation will have you picked up at our neighboring pier for a great day of snorkeling, diving, deep sea, reef or fly fishing or if you are the more adventurous a trip into the jungles for some cave tubing, zip lining through the canopy or a visit to one of the many mayan sites can be easily arranged.
