980 sq. foot unit. One bedroom, one bath. Queen size bed with memory FOAM TOPPER, additional queen size aero bed. Bath has separate door entrances from bedroom and living room for privacy. Air conditioned unit (thankfully quiet!) with multiple overhead fans. TV'S IN BOTH LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM, DVD/CD player IN LIVING ROOM. CABLE SERVICE IS Direct TV with following movie channels:

TMC (The Movie Channel)

TWO BEACH CRUISER BIKES FOR GUEST USE. Wireless high speed internet in unit (additional charge for use), free wireless by pool, LAND LINE PHONE INSIDE UNIT, ADDITIONAL cell phone available for use (guests pay for calls). Large deck ocean facing deck with three large deck chairs with cushions, one large round table and one small table. Kitchen has full size oven/stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, wine cooler, automatic wine opener, can opener, toaster, cooking utensils/pans, set of dishes for four. Washer/dryer located just outside front door. Second floor unit, no elevator. Well behaved pets OK, dogs must be kept on leashes on condo grounds.

Condo location: There is a good map of town at http://cartsbelize.com/maps. The condo is located just over the bridge at the north end of San Pedro town, look for the red dot for Coco Loco's. There are small grocery stores about a five minute walk from the condo. THe larger grocery stores and first town restaurants are about a 15 minute walk from condo and the center of town is about a 25 minute walk.

All jungle tours, cave tubing, eco-tours, zip line tours and Mayan ruin tours take place on the mainland. You will ferry back and forth from San Pedro with an organized tour group. Ambergris Caye is an island geared toward water sports. The water is warm and calm, most of the time. There is sea kayaking, windsurfing, wake boarding, jet skis – rentals are towards the south end. THe scuba diving and snorkeling is world class- belize is home to the famous Blue Hole. World class fishing, boating, or just relax in the sun. THe food in Belize is amazing - more great restaurants than you will have time to visit. Take the beach cruiser bikes up the beach to do yoga classes, visit the palapa bars for live music and fun!

50% deposit required to hold dates, full payment required 14 days prior to arrival. NO refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance unless another renter takes the same rental period. Time credit may be given for late cancellations in certain circumstances at owner's discretion depending on attitude of renter.
Security deposit required, returned if no damage to unit. Paypal, personal checks or Direct deposit accepted.

Monthly rates available at considerable savings. Discounts for rentals of 10 nights or more. Discounts available during low season, email for details.
