Harbor House(HH) is located overlooking American Yacht Harbor on the East End of Saint Thomas, USVI; this area is considered the "Gold Coast" of STT. Area of best Resorts (Ritz), Beaches (Vessup, Ritz, Secret Harbor, Sapphire). Our favorite beach is Secret Harbor which is a 3 minute drive from HH. This beach has a casual restaurant, beach bar, beach shower, palm trees for shade, and excellent snorkeling & swimming. Everything but the private Pool is located on the top level with a huge deck that runs length of the House with outdoor seating for 8 & large SS BBQ. Part of deck is covered for sun protection located off one suite; balance of deck is open. Twin master suites located at opposite ends of the house with private entrance(s) to view deck. Large private lap pool is 12X35ft & 4'to 8' deep. Beautiful view of Yacht Harbor, Red Hook, & Caribbean. House is furnished 5 Star with King & Queen Beds with delux furnishings. Kitchen has all SS appliances, ice maker, & commerical propane stove. HH is only 2 years old. Beds, furnishings, & House are delux & the HH was built for the owner/builder as his retirement home at a cost in excess of $1 million. 
 
HH backyard bumps up to the Virgin Islands National Park which separates the HH from the Yacht Harbor. Via Park road it's an easy 5 minute walk to Red Hook, Vessup & Ritz Beaches. Red Hook has 13 restrauants and bars, plenty of unique shops, a pharmacy, mail room, grocery store, gas station, St. John people and car ferry, also the British Virgin Island Ferry, along with American Yacht Harbor Marina. Location of the HH keeps you out of busy downtown & the steep & remote Northside. East End is my recommended location on St. Thomas.

East End is best area of St. Thomas. Red Hook has shopping, 13 restaurants and bars, pharmacy, mail room,gas station, and St. John & BVI Ferry. Several beaches are located on East End with the best snorkeling. East End is safe, secure, and easy to get around outside the downtown area where often up to 5 cruise ships (or more) arrive daily. Cruise ship guests normally swim at Megans Bay on the North Side which is often crowded. HARBOR HOUSE IS A NON SMOKING VILLA/HOUSE AND APARTMENT

Red Hook- 13 restaurants; several bars, pharmacy, mail room, grocery store, gas station 
Beaches- Vessup, Ritz, Linquest, Sapphire, Secret Harbor, and Cowpet Bay. (all within minutes of the Harbor House) 
Sportsfishing-American Yacht Harbor (you have a view of them from HH deck) 
Ferry- St. John (people and automobile) & BVI from Red Hook. 
Walking-National Park Road fronts Southside of American Yacht Harbor which is in from of the Harbor House. 
Water Sports Rental- All available on the East End 
Scuba Diving- American Yacht Harbor. We are all divers & know the best spots. You can make arrangements for a dive on you private charter to the BVI.
