Three spacious bedrooms are all accessed from the interior of the house and, the lower level even has it's own kitchenette and lounging area making this a perfect property for families and couples.
Perched in Point Rendezvous on St. John's Southshore, Far Niente is the perfect haven for your St. John adventure.

Even from Far Niente's enterance, you can see the attention to detail that is continued within. From the brick walkway personally installed by the owners to the fountain which the owner constructed from shells and recycled stone.

The living room has comfortable seating. The smoked colors and hues combined with the light layout call for playful conversation and relaxation.

Outdoor dining is a must and with these vistas as your backdrop you're sure to make any meal a delightful experience.

The upstairs kitchen is compact and convenient. The island provides bar seating for four and is a delightful conversation starter over morning coffee. Through the glass door off the kitchen, an outdoor grilling station sits ready for use.

Cool, crisp colors and plush super-soft comforters are the main ingredients to a restful nights sleep. Each bedroom has high ceilings, fans, air-conditioning and breath-taking views.

Slate tiles give the feeling of cool comfort while the view of the ocean through these arched windows makes you want to gaze outside forever!

The poolside level bedroom has a second full service kitchen for your convenience.
