Your villa will have the convenience of home combined with the pampering of a fine resort. Your comfort will be total in our king-sized bed or queen-sized sofa bed. Top quality linens are provided and changed at mid-week when the maid comes to tidy up for you. We have central air and an in-room safe, of course. 
 
Cooking in or eating out is your choice. The kitchen is fully-equipped with full-sized appliances, microwave, blender, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee maker as well as all the cookware, dishes and cutlery you are likely to need. A starter kit of basic kitchen supplies and coffee is included. Having your own clothes washer and dryer on hand will allow you to pack light.

Our guests have access to all Westin St John Resort amenities but, as the guest of a Westin Villa owner, do not have to pay the resort fee that is normally charged to Westin guests. We accept only PayPal and bank wire transfers as methods of payment (PayPal accepts credit cards). If reserving more than 60 days prior to occupancy a 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. If reserving less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date the full rental amount is required in advance to secure the reservation. Please note that these are time-share villas and as such they rent a week at a time are only available for the specific specific dates shown. Cancellation policy: Cancellations less than 60 days prior to occupancy -- no refunds are possible. 60-120 days prior -- 25% refund of deposit 121-180 days prior -- 50% refund of deposit more than 180 days prior -- 75% refund of deposit
